Our conferences are meant to teach and uplift men and women with a biblical focus. Each one is focused on helping men navigate through the trials the world throws at them by delving into traits and examples of Godly leadership found in scripture. Conferences feature multiple capable guest speakers, and encourages visitors to fellowship with one another through breakout sessions and other like activities.

WHAT WE DO
At Salt & Light Christian Life Coaching, we call men and women to pursue biblical manhood or womanhood respectively through three foundational pillars: Obedience, Discipleship, and Accountability.
Our mission is to help individuals strengthen spiritual foundations by walking in obedience to God’s Word, growing as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ, and living in honest accountability with other men.
Through intentional one-on-one and group coaching, we equip disciples to apply Scripture to their daily lives, develop disciplined spiritual rhythms, and lead their families and communities with clarity and conviction.
Our men’s and women's conferences and gatherings cultivate brotherhood, encourage repentance and growth, and challenge people to step onto the narrow path that leads to life.
