Welcome to the Salt & Light Men’s Coaching. We design individual and group coaching to help men pursue Biblical manhood through obedience to God’s Word, faithful discipleship, and honest accountability with other men.
Together we seek to strengthen our relationship with God, apply Scripture to the realities of everyday life, and grow into the men God has called us to be. Through guided discussions, biblical encouragement, and brotherhood, men are challenged to develop spiritual discipline, lead their families well, and walk the narrow path that leads to life.

Mike Stack
Most importantly I am a child of God, a Disciple of Christ that seeks to encourage men to step into the three pillars of Biblical Manhood: Obedience, Discipleship, and Accountability. I am a certified Christian Life Coach through the Board of Christian Life Coaching, also I have a MA in Pastoral Counseling: Discipleship & Church Ministry from Liberty University. Out of obedience I believe God has led me to be the founder of Salt & Light Christian Life Coaching. Since 2018, I have been mentoring and ministering to men with a passion for helping them grow in their relationship with God and pursue biblical manhood.
My work focuses on calling men to walk in obedience to God’s Word, grow as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ, and live in honest accountability with other men. Through one-on-one and group coaching, I help men apply Scripture to their daily lives, strengthen their spiritual disciplines, and develop the clarity and conviction needed to lead their families and communities well. I believe that when men pursue God wholeheartedly, it transforms not only their lives but also their homes, churches, workplaces, and communities.
My desire is to see men step onto the narrow path that leads to life and become the men God has called them to be.
Our Mission
Our mission is to equip and empower men to deepen their relationship with God through intentional discipleship, accountability, and mentorship. We believe that by nurturing these connections, we can men become strong spiritual leaders who live in obedience to Scripture. As Proverbs 27:17 states, "As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another." Our focus on brotherhood fosters an environment where men can support and encourage one another on their faith journeys, transforming our homes,, and communities, and inspiring them to lead with integrity, purpose, and confidence in their walk with Christ.
Our Vision
Our vision is to empower men to become strong pillars of faith, fostering vibrant families and communities grounded in the teachings of Christ. We aspire to raise up leaders who embody integrity and humility, actively living out Gospel to inspire and create a lasting legacy of faith for future generations. As 1 Corinthians 16:13 encourages us, "Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong." Together, we envision a world where men are boldly committed to discipleship, making a profound impact in their homes and beyond. We desire to see legions of godly men doing godly things in all places.
